Ever counted the little chores nobody notices?
Chore Receipt logs the invisible stuff — taking out the trash, lining up shoes, brewing tea — and the genuinely tiresome stuff too, one tap each, then prints it all as a "receipt" at the end of the day. No efficiency tips, no chore splitting. Just count it, price it, and feel a bit better about your day.
What you can do
- One-tap logging: tap a chore button and a line prints onto the mini receipt right there.
- Tear to undo: mis-tapped? Tear off the latest strip of tape. It's oddly satisfying, try it once.
- Close out the day: paper feeds out of the printer. Pull it down to tear it off, like a real receipt.
- Look back: today, this week, this month, all time.
- Share as-is: save or share the image, Instagram Stories included.
- Lots of looks: receipts from Japan, the USA, France, Italy, the UK and Korea, plus kraft paper, boarding pass, mission log, effort card, prescription, report card, winning ticket, postcard and auction tag. Swipe to compare.
- Stamp card: every day you log something gets a stamp. Stamp cards are just nice.
- Reissue: tap a stamped day to print that day's receipt again.
- Lines on/off: thank-you line, disclaimer, subtotal and tax, tendered and change, barcode. Hide whatever you don't want.
- Your words: rewrite the heading and the thank-you line.
- Receipt / formal receipt / invoice: invoice mode works great for kids "billing" a parent for chores.
- Time or amount: set each chore by estimated time or a fixed price.
- Emoji icons, too.
No scoring, no comparing. Just today's chores, made visible.
* The new papers can be opened for the day by watching an ad, or unlocked for good with a one-time purchase. The Japan receipt is free.
* Amounts are a fun estimate only, not a real wage.
* Your data stays on this device and syncs only between your own devices via iCloud.

More things you can customize. You can hide the bits that get in the way now, so it's a little easier to use.
Small improvements. Apparently these matter.
- Receipt lines (thank-you line, disclaimer, subtotal, change, barcode) can be turned off in Settings
- The default thank-you line is now a single "See you again tomorrow."
- Tap a day on the stamp card to reissue that day's receipt
