Planple — Simple Daily Planner

Big goals, broken into today

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Goals don't die in three days because you lack willpower. "Get fit" is a goal - not a task for today. Planple brings that goal all the way down to 7:00 this morning. Break it down - year to month to week to today All four levels live on one screen. Send a goal from the row above down to the next level, and it becomes that period's task. "24 books" becomes "2 this month", becomes "200 pages this week", becomes "read for 30 minutes" today. That's where doing actually starts. Put it on the clock The 24-hour timeline sits right below today's tasks. Write what you decided straight onto the hour you want - no app-hopping. The day starts moving the moment "run 30 min" becomes "07:00-07:30 Run". One alarm is never enough A single alarm just gets dismissed, so you can attach as many as you want to one event - an hour before, ten minutes before, right at the start. They fire even with the app fully closed, and the schedule survives a reboot. Travel or daylight saving won't shift them off. When plans slip Plans slip. Push one event back and the rest of the day moves with it, alarms included - 10 minutes, 30, an hour, or type your own. Pushed the wrong one? Undo it right away. You're postponing the day, not throwing it away. Work, life, side projects - one chip apart Tap a project chip and only that context remains. No taxonomy to set up first. Split them when you need to. See whether your plans actually happened (Planple Pro) Making a plan is easy; knowing whether you kept it isn't. The Insights tab shows it in numbers. This week's progress is free for everyone. With Pro you also get the last 12 weeks, the weekdays you're strongest on and the ones that slip, when you tend to finish things, and how often you postpone. It counts back from the day you installed, so it's filled in the moment you buy. So you don't lose your data Save everything to one file and restore from it later - free, because we don't put a wall between you and your own data. With Pro, Planple saves to iCloud once a day, so your data survives a reinstall. Some plans you make with someone (Planple Pro) Invite someone to a project by link and share its events and to-dos. Every item shows its author, and each person edits only their own. There's no sign-up. Having the link isn't enough - the owner has to approve you. Starting a share needs Pro; joining by invite is free. On iPhone and on iPad The layout follows the screen. Today's to-dos sit beside the timeline, and a day's schedule sits beside the month calendar. Today, without opening the app Three Home and Lock Screen widgets: Today, Next event, To-dos. All free. Features - Year, month, week and day goals - broken down, top to bottom - 24-hour timeline - the whole day on one screen - Multiple alarms per event - ring even when the app is closed - Project chips - switch context with one tap - Multi-day events - a line on the calendar, a band on the timeline - Push the rest of the day - alarms included, with undo - Home and Lock Screen widgets - Today, Next event, To-dos - Month, week and year calendar - zoom out, then focus - Repeating events - daily, weekly, monthly, and past midnight - Daily review - reflect and build a streak - Korean and English - switch instantly in settings - Look-back insights - this week free; 12-week trends and patterns (Pro) - Backups - export and restore to a file (free), automatic iCloud backup (Pro) - Shared projects - invite by link, owner approval, author labels (Pro) - iPad - two-pane layouts on wide screens - Dark mode - follows your device Built to trust No account, no ads, no tracking. Your events and alarms live on your device. Unless you turn sharing on yourself, not a single request leaves it. Turn sharing on and only that project's items go up - other projects, your daily reviews and settings are unknown to the server. Alarms are personal, so even on shared items they stay on each device. Plan simply. Do what you planned. That's Planple.

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

Did your plans actually happen? Now you can see the numbers. [A new Insights tab] There's a new tab at the bottom. See how many of this week's items you've finished, and how long your review streak is. With Pro you also get the last 12 weeks, which weekdays you're strongest on, when you tend to finish things, and how often things slip. It counts back from the day you installed, so it's already filled in. [Backups] Save your schedules, to-dos and projects to a single file in Settings, and restore from it later. That part is free. With Pro, Planple quietly saves to iCloud once a day - so your data survives even if you delete and reinstall the app. Let us know if anything feels off. Thank you!
