Bandwarden 3.0 — real TV data, rules checks and show-day tools • Venue TV data from FCC records: set your venue by offline city or ZIP search, GPS or coordinates. Bandwarden lists every TV channel whose station contour (plus 4 km) covers it, and names the stations. This replaces the modelled market data in 2.x. The data is bundled and works offline: 9,939 transmitter sites, records dated 2026-09-23. • Land mobile channels around 11 metro areas and the Hawaii channel 17 rule are excluded automatically. • US band rules check: set each show to Part 15 (unlicensed) or Part 74. Frequencies in licensed-only segments, or in bands not listed for wireless mics, are flagged with the regulation cited. A new rules reference links to the source text. • Fixed: the 600 MHz duplex gap is now split correctly into 653–657 MHz (Part 74 only) and 657–663 MHz (unlicensed). • Fixed: wideband systems (e.g. 470–1260 MHz) could be assigned outside wireless-mic bands. Exclusions now apply to every channel. • Scan Check: peak level for each TV channel from your scan, one tap to mark busy channels, and the −84 dBm whole-channel check for Part 74 indoor use. • Walk-In Finder: clear frequencies for a guest's system, ranked by intermod headroom, plus an estimate of remaining capacity. • Rig: add up to 32 channels at once with automatic numbering, and duplicate channels. DECT and 2.4/5.8 GHz systems are now marked self-managed instead of getting assigned frequencies. • Exports: a plan CSV, plain-text frequency lists for each equipment profile, and shareable show files you can import on another device. • The PDF report adds an RF Environment page listing excluded channels, the reasons and sources. • Reference plates corrected. The 210 market cards built from the old modelled data were removed. Note: TV channel overrides made per market in 2.x were based on the old model and aren't carried over. Your shows, rigs, assignments and scans are unchanged. Check each venue's channels in the TV Data tab and confirm with a scan.

Changeover Plans Rehearse an RF changeover before changing the saved rig. Stage several channel retunes, analyze the whole assignment set before and after, and apply the reviewed changes together. 1. Open Coordinate → Changeover Plans with an active show. 2. Select an unlocked channel, enter a supported frequency in MHz and stage it. Repeat for up to 32 changes in a rig of up to 96 channels. 3. Analyze the staged changeover. Read the complete change list and findings, including conflicts that already existed. 4. New high or critical model conflicts block apply. Review the findings and acknowledge them, then confirm Apply local assignments. 5. Use the existing show export for a complete show backup; share the changeover report to review a proposal separately. The proposal freezes the rig, scan, exclusions and calculation settings. If any change, analyze again. Locked channels and unrelated settings are preserved. This app does not tune hardware or measure current RF conditions.
