This is not a phone-only app. The same login opens a full desktop version in any web browser — big screen, real keyboard, the same live board and the same invoices. Write the ticket standing next to the car, then finish the paperwork at the front counter without retyping a thing. Changes appear on the other screen within a second, so the tech and the front desk never see different numbers. The desktop app is included in your subscription at no extra cost.
WHAT CARSPECIALIST DOES
• Shop Board — See every vehicle in the shop at a glance. Move jobs through Intake, Diagnose, In Progress, Waiting on Parts, Ready, and Done. Assign team members, add photos and notes, and open the full vehicle record.
• Invoices and Estimates — Build an itemized invoice or quote right from the vehicle, on the phone or the desktop. Tax and totals are automatic, with your own numbering. Print it or email it to the customer.
• Vehicle Profiles — VIN, mileage, photos, customer concern, and the full service history in one place.
• Team — Owner, manager, and technician roles, with an internal thread on every job so notes and updates stay attached to the work.
• Customer Updates — Send one-to-one vehicle status updates to your own customers directly from the app.
• Public Intake Form — Your own link so customers can submit their vehicle before they arrive.
• Backup and Export — Connect Dropbox for shop backups or export a local copy of your data.
PRICING
CarSpecialist Pro is $19.99 per month and includes 3 user seats. Need more staff on the account? Add seats for $2.00 per month each, up to 12 seats total. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial.
After the trial, the subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after any applicable free trial, or at confirmation of purchase if no trial applies. Manage or cancel at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.
