Send selected Apple Mail messages to Things, then automatically leave, archive, trash, or file the originals according to each account. Things Mailman is a native macOS menu bar utility built for people who use Apple Mail and Things. Turn selected Apple Mail messages into actionable tasks in Things, then keep your mailbox organized automatically. Select one or more messages in Mail, choose Send Selection to Things (or press ⌥⌘Return) and Things Mailman forwards each message to your private Mail to Things address. Then, Things Mailman only files an original after Mail confirms that the forward was accepted : • Leave it in place • Archive it • Trash it • Move it in a mailbox you choose OTHER FEATURES • Can launch automatically at login • Different filing rules for each Mail account • Customizable keyboard shortcut while Mail is active • Confirmation before sending large selections • Session-only processing history PRIVACY • Things Mailman has no server, analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs. • Your Things address and preferences remain in the app’s sandbox on your Mac. • Apple Mail sends selected messages through your configured email provider directly to Things. • Things Mailman is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cultured Code.
