Nothing beats actually getting out and scouting, but this is definitely a huge time saver when you are first breaking down an area before you head out. Helps narrow it down so you can focus on a few key areas to scout instead of one massive chunk of land. Tested it out on some public land I know pretty well and was very impressed with how accurate it was in calling out hot spots I know of from hunting.

I used this app to E-Scout a 1500 acre slot of public land in mountain country, with the locations it gave me I went out to put boots on the ground and hung some cameras over trails and scrape, two weeks later and I have a target bucks core area down to a T and a hunt plan ready for opening day this Saturday

Happy this program is now available to use more fluidly on my phone. As someone without a mentor, this app has been helpful to teach me where to start looking for deer sign and how deer are most likely to move around certain terrain.

I know the app is new to Apple, but I have had great results and very accurate results so far just using it on the Internet . Once they work all the bugs out of the app this thing will be amazing on top of amazing.
