Kithly is social media the way it should have been built — for families, not advertisers.
No ads. No tracking. No engagement algorithm designed to keep anyone (least of all a kid) scrolling. Just a calm, chronological place to share text, photos and video with the people you actually choose.
Safe by design, not as a setting:
• No ads — for anyone, at any age. There is no ad system at all.
• Parents hold the keys: approve your child's connections, set screen-time, and even require your approval before they can sign in.
• Kindness built in: reactions come from a wholesome menu, not a free-text bullying box.
• Real privacy: we don't track you across the web or sell your data.
• Two-step sign-in and encryption keep accounts safe.
Kithly is for ages 13 and up. Anyone 13–17 is set up and managed by a parent or guardian; adults hold their own account.
Free to join. Optional supporter and family plans keep Kithly independent — because when the product is ads, your family is the product. Not here.

Kithly 2.0 is built around groups.
Your co-op, pod, club or team now gets its own space: a members-only feed, albums, files, and a calendar the group's admins manage. Dues can be collected in the app, so nobody has to chase people on Venmo. Every plan gets more storage, the free one included.
Business pages, the job board and CVs have been removed. They were a second product pointed at a different audience, and carrying them diluted the one thing this app is for. Kithly does one thing now, and does it properly.
Plus the usual round of fixes and security hardening.
