iPhone
One year of Premium free when you join. New: your gym's routines, 125 movements with video, and a camera that counts your reps while you train.
Atlas is a personal health record you actually keep.
Log a dose in two taps. Photograph a meal and get its macros. Upload a lab PDF and read it in plain language. Everything lands in one timeline you can hand to your clinician.
WHAT YOU TRACK
• Medication doses, with reminders and injection-site rotation
• Weight, and the trend under the day-to-day noise
• Meals, from a photo
• Side effects and symptoms, graded and dated
• Lab results, uploaded as a PDF or a photo
• Blood pressure and glucose, where your programme uses them
TRAINING
If your gym uses Atlas, your routines are here — performed set by set, with what you lifted last time beside each movement, and your week, your records and your goals visible to you rather than only to your trainer. A shared library of 125 movements comes with the app: weights, yoga, pilates, stretches and conditioning, each with a written cue and nearly all with a demonstration. You can also train on your own, or write a routine and put it on a day of your week.
PROGRAMMES
Atlas adapts to what you are actually doing — weight management, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, nutrition, or a protocol you write yourself. The screens you see are the ones your programme uses, and nothing else.
WITH PREMIUM
• An AI coach that answers from your own logged data, not generic advice
• Meal photo analysis: calories, protein, carbs, fat, fibre
• Lab interpretation in plain language, with what moved since last time
• AI Health Scan: an estimate of heart rate and related signals from your phone's front camera
• Reports you can share with your doctor through a link you can revoke
YOUR DATA
Face scans and the fingertip pulse are processed on your device: that video is never uploaded and never stored, and only the resulting numbers reach our servers. Counting repetitions works differently, and we say so plainly — the recording of your set is sent to be read, because the analysis runs on our servers, and it is deleted as soon as it has been read. Your own copy stays on your phone, and you can delete it from the app. Deleting your account removes your record, not just your login.
Atlas is available in English and Spanish.
WHAT ATLAS IS NOT
Atlas is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, does not screen for disease, and is not intended to inform any decision about your health or treatment. The AI Health Scan produces educational estimates from a camera signal, not measurements, and for most movements the repetition count has not been validated against a real person — we make no accuracy claim for either, and the app says so where the figures appear. Talk to your clinician.
SUBSCRIPTION
Atlas Premium is USD 0.99 per month or USD 9.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings at any time. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Training
If your gym uses Atlas, your routines are here: what you were given for today, performed set by set, with what you lifted last time beside each movement. Your history, your records and your week are yours to see — the same figures your trainer has always had.
A library of 125 movements
Weights, yoga, pilates, stretches and conditioning, each with a written cue and nearly all with a demonstration to watch. Nothing to set up: it is there whether or not your gym has written a single routine.
Train on your own
Pick whatever you feel like and log it, or write a routine before you train and put it on a day of your week. What you do on your own counts exactly like what you were given.
Counting repetitions with the camera
Stand your phone where it can see you, film a set, and Atlas reads the repetitions — or, for something held like a plank, how long you held it and how long you held it well. Your own count is asked for and kept beside the camera's, because the two disagreeing is worth knowing. The recording is read and then deleted; your own copy stays on your phone, so you can watch the set back, decide which was right, and delete it whenever you like. It has no sound. For most movements the reading has not yet been checked against a real person, and the app says so on the screen: your own count is the one to trust.
Where you are in the week
Your training week, the goals your trainer set, your personal bests and the awards you have earned — and, at the end of a session, what it came to.
