Recovra turns the data your Apple Watch already collects into one number you can act on.
Every morning it reads your heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep and cardio fitness from Apple Health, compares them against your own personal baseline — not a population average — and gives you a single readiness score from 0 to 100, plus a plain-language explanation of what moved it.

• Your own baseline — the score is built from your trailing history, so it learns you over the first week.
• Plain language, not dashboards — "your heart-rate variability is above your baseline, and you slept more than usual."
• On-device AI wording — with Apple Intelligence enabled, the daily read is written on your iPhone. Without it, Recovra uses built-in guided wording. The number is identical either way.
• Trends — a 7- and 30-day view of where your readiness is heading.

Completely private: everything is computed on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Recovra has no server, no account and no analytics. Your health data never leaves your devices, and Recovra never writes anything to Apple Health.
