Internal employee app for company staff. Mark attendance with a live selfie and location, check your shift, payslips, leave and notices. Sign in with HR credentials.
Abhishek International HRMS is the internal employee app for staff of Abhishek International and its group companies. It is not a public service. You sign in with credentials issued by your own HR team, and the app shows you only your own records.
ATTENDANCE
- Check in and check out with a live selfie taken on the front camera. There is no gallery option, by design.
- Your location, address and the exact time are recorded with every punch and printed onto the selfie itself, so the photo carries its own proof of when and where it was taken.
- See your shift window for the day, your break timer, and whether check-in is currently open.
- Take breaks and see the remaining time counted down in your notification tray.
- Review your attendance history as a monthly calendar or a list, open any day, and view the selfie taken that day.
- Ask for a correction to a past day, with a reason and supporting evidence.
LEAVE AND TIME OFF
- Check your leave balances and the status of every application you have made.
- Apply for leave in a short guided form, attach medical proof where the policy asks for it, and answer follow-up questions from your approver.
- See your company's holiday calendar for the year.
PAY
- See your payslips month by month, with paid days and deductions.
- Download an approved salary slip, or request one that has not been issued yet.
- Get an estimate of the current month from the attendance recorded so far.
REQUESTS AND RECORDS
- Reimbursement claims, with receipts attached.
- Company assets assigned to you, and work-from-home equipment requests.
- Your document vault, and uploads against documents your HR team has asked you for.
- Letter requests, such as an employment or salary letter.
- Resignation, with your notice period and the stage your request has reached.
- Helpdesk tickets, and your HR team's reply.
COMPANY AND PROFILE
- Announcements and company policies, with acknowledgement where one is required.
- Your profile, statutory and bank details, kept masked until you choose to reveal them, and your employee ID card.
- Notifications and on-device reminders for approvals, payslips, your shift and a missed check-in.
- An optional Face ID or Touch ID lock, so your attendance and pay information stays private if someone else picks up your phone.
Approvals, payroll processing, and team or company-wide views are handled by HR and managers in the web portal, not in this app.
The camera and location are required to mark attendance and are used only at check-in and check-out. Location is never collected in the background.
Access requires an active employee account provided by Abhishek International. The app cannot be used without one, and accounts cannot be created in the app.
