Clip Smasher is a full video editor for your phone, with one thing most of them
do not have: you can type or say what you want, and watch it happen to footage
you already shot.
Type "put all the clips on the timeline, chop out the parts where there is no
talking, use pixelize transitions" and it does exactly that. One undo takes it all back. If
there is a part it cannot follow it changes nothing and asks you to retype just
that bit.
To be clear about what this is: Clip Smasher edits video you import. It does
not generate footage, images or voices from a prompt. Your own clips, your own
edit - just described instead of tapped.
And when you want to do it by hand, everything is there.
A REAL MULTI-TRACK TIMELINE
Stack video, audio, text and image tracks in one project. Trim with handles,
split at the playhead, ripple delete, drag clips between tracks, step one frame
at a time and pinch to zoom. Track headers carry opacity, volume, blend mode
and ducking.
SPEED RAMPS AND SLOW MOTION
From 0.05x to 8x. Build a ramp inside a single clip that eases into slow motion
and back out, with the ease set separately at each end and frame-accurate
nudging. The clip's length on the timeline updates as you drag, so what you see
is the running time of the finished video.
REAL DATAMOSH TRANSITIONS
The Glitch transition smears one shot into the next using the compression data
of your own two clips - not a glitch graphic laid over the top. Cut into a whip
pan and the previous frame is torn off the screen; cut into a still shot and it
holds. Melt lets the picture reassemble; Bloom never does.
EFFECTS THAT KEYFRAME
Brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, warmth, shadows, grayscale, sepia,
invert, blur, sharpen, motion blur, vignette, film grain, an earthquake shake
and a VHS tape with twelve dials of its own. Scale, position, rotate and flip
too. Every amount can be keyframed across a clip, which is how a still shot
becomes a slow zoom and a look builds through a scene.
TWELVE TRANSITIONS
Glitch, crossfade, dip to black, dip to white, dissolve, wipes, slides, circle
open, pixelize and clock wipe.
TEXT AND IMAGE OVERLAYS
Titles, captions, lower thirds, end cards and countdowns in thirteen fonts.
Text can fly in and out at any angle with a motion blur trail, type itself on
one character at a time, and fade. Drop in a logo or watermark anywhere in the
frame, for a moment or for the whole video.
AUDIO WORTH MIXING
Volume, pan and fades per clip. Duck the music under a voice automatically.
Bass, treble, low and high-pass filters, reverb, echo, chorus, flanger,
tremolo, distortion, noise reduction, normalize and loudness matching. Audio
effects play live, so you hear the slider as you move it.
IT ALL RUNS ON YOUR PHONE
No account. No sign-in. No upload. Importing, editing, effects, understanding
your instructions and exporting all happen on the device, so the whole editor
works in airplane mode. Your footage never leaves your phone.
EXPORT
Standard MP4 up to 4K UHD, at your project's own resolution and frame rate,
with the file size shown before you commit. Saves straight to your gallery.

A media bin with folders for bigger projects. Templates, including ready-made
intros and outros, plus your own finished timelines saved for reuse. Proxy
playback so 4K stays smooth while you work - exports always use your original
