Great to listen to a few areas around the world. Will there be updates for Hawaii (Oahu) and other countywide around the USA that are not on the list?
Thank you so much for the kind words and the five stars — it genuinely means a lot!Great question about Hawaii. Oahu is a tough one: back in 2021 the City & County of Honolulu moved all of its police, fire, and EMS radio to a fully encrypted system, so those agencies can no longer be monitored by any scanner app or feed. That was the city's decision, not a limit of the app — the audio is simply scrambled now.More broadly, the systems you see come from the OpenMHz volunteer scanner network, and the globe keeps growing as people add new feeds in their area. A number of U.S. departments are encrypting their radios too, which shrinks what's publicly available — but plenty of counties are still open, and new ones show up regularly. If there's a specific area or system you'd love to see, email me at policescanner@cinnamonmobile.com and I'll look into whether it can be added. Thanks again for listening, and for such a thoughtful review!
