Some days you answer in four minutes. Other days the same message sits open until evening. It looks like mood. Mood is not that regular. Astersong starts from a different idea: you are not one steady person with a mood on top. You have sides, and they take turns leading your day. The app names seven of them, guesses which one today will call on, and lets you check that guess against the day you actually had. YOUR TEAM OF SEVEN Seven sides, each with a name and a character. The one who decides and goes first. The one who takes care of people. The one who needs the sentence to be right before sending. The one who holds the line. You meet yours in the first minute, worked out from the moment you were born. A GUESS EVERY MORNING One short note about what today may ask of you and which side may take the lead. Something to hold against the day, never a prediction. THIRTY SECONDS IN THE EVENING Rate your mood and energy, tap what the day touched, add one line if you feel like it. Then you say what the day actually asked of you, and you find out whether the morning had it right. YOUR SIDES TALK IT OVER After the check-in, your sides discuss the day between themselves, each in their own voice, about your real day and nothing else. THE PATTERN, AFTER A WEEK Seven evenings in, the journal starts showing what your days keep asking of you, which kinds of days drain you, and how often the morning guess was right. Not a score. Your own record. TALK TO ANY OF THEM Ask one side why it pushed so hard today. Or ask about the whole of you at once. WHAT THIS IS NOT Astersong is a tool for self reflection. It is not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not advice from a professional. The words your sides say are written by AI, so treat them as something to think with, not as a verdict. AI features stay off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off again at any time in Settings.
