New in 1.2.6: • New pricing: Lunaver Studio now comes as a monthly or yearly subscription or as the one-time purchase “Studio Complete” – same features on Mac, iPhone and iPad. Braille export stays free. • Anyone who already paid – Studio Complete, an earlier paid version or confirmed contributions – keeps all features for good. If the unlock is missing, choose “Restore purchases”. • Voluntary contributions are discontinued; contributions already made still count. • Launch and controls: the app always opens with a window, even if a second launch slips in; dashboard buttons no longer lose quick clicks. Lumi now understands “append chapter”. • Audiobook: chapter transitions protect speech, intermediate files are released per chapter, disk usage is much smaller. WAV export no longer crashes. New in 1.2.5: • Your book idea leads: the story core follows your book idea field; characters and outline build on it. If setting or genre drift, you hear it at once. A clear contradiction stops the planning instead of writing a different book. • Tools: correcting, tightening and repetition checks now run as their own tools for one chapter or the whole book, by button or voice command such as “Correct chapter 3”. You hear what changes before and after; duplicate sentences, sentence-opening runs and word echoes come as a suggestion or a hint. Tightening counts the machine-sound per 1,000 words before and after. • Append chapter: the button adds a new chapter at the end and opens title and summary; a finished book returns to the writing phase, and the existing chapters stay. The command also works by chat and voice. • Continuity: the brief for the next chapter takes your saved text as the measure, and what has been told is not repeated. Perspective findings no longer change your text automatically; first person in messages and thoughts stays. • Autopilot and Lumi: the Autopilot no longer gets stuck on held-back drafts. “Write chapter 2” is recognized reliably; your short confirmation stays. • Automatic improvement: open findings stay until they are resolved; accepting a draft no longer ticks them off automatically. • Text protection: cleaning and exporting no longer drop chapter openings, prefaces or character speech; cleaning works on an export copy, and your manuscript stays unchanged. Quotations stay in place. • Audiobook, raw audio: paid recordings from Speechify, ElevenLabs, OpenAI and Gemini are never deleted again; when a chapter is re-recorded, the previous recording moves to the “Rohdaten-Archiv” folder next to your audiobook. • Audiobook, output: your bitrate wish reaches the muxer, and the bitrate actually reached is measured on the finished file. Tempo and pitch now work with every provider. An end-of-file marker is no longer treated as an error; spectral denoising, cleaning, fades and quality analysis run again, and failed stages are named. On iPhone and iPad the result is always one M4B file with chapter markers; you hear this before synthesis. • ACX and Audible: on request you get a submission folder with one MP3 per chapter, credits announced in your book voice, a listening sample and a report per file; the peak stays below the limit ACX requires. • Audiobook, completeness: if a chapter is missing or empty, the export stops audibly instead of silently leaving it out. The final report counts chapter markers honestly, intro and outro separately. When resuming, and in DAISY and read-along EPUB, only recordings that provably belong to your current text count. • Voices: your chosen voice is now used everywhere: for Lumi, for progress and status. An important announcement is no longer swallowed; all installed voices stay available. • Clear messages: the Blueprint reading view states the tension arc and status in plain words. • New launch: for three seconds a fractal grows beneath the logo; a tap skips it. With VoiceOver you hear a short status line, with Reduce Motion it is skipped. To switch it off: Settings, App, Effects. • Calmer design: the brand color follows your theme, each book shows clearly where it stands, the dashboard tiles are rearranged. Choose which corrections to apply individually. - Refer to chapters more precisely: Lumi handles chapter references and responses to read-aloud offers more accurately, with clearer distinctions between reading on your own, listening and declining an offer. - Stop reading without stopping writing: "Stop reading" ends read-aloud playback without also canceling book generation. A general stop also clears pending questions and read-aloud offers. - Get clearer cover feedback: The guided workflow checks that the cover belongs to the open book and that saving is confirmed. The biggest Studio update yet: WRITING PARTNER MODE: Say "Write with me" — Lumi writes scene by scene together with you when Apple's on-device model (Apple Intelligence) writes your chapter. After each scene you hear a preview and decide: continue, change it, read aloud, add your own idea, or discard. LUMI UNDERSTANDS YOU MUCH BETTER: Sentence-precise voice editing, a reading cursor that keeps your place while reading aloud ("Stop — Where am I? — Continue reading"), and for ambiguous targets Lumi asks with numbered choices instead of guessing.
