Tarkeo is an app built for electricians to create, sign and send electrical installation commissioning inspection reports right at the job site – no paper, no trips back to the office. Fill in the inspection report on your phone or tablet, sign electronically and send a finished PDF to your customer and your own company in minutes. Tarkeo is designed for field use: large buttons and text, fast data entry, and readable outdoors in changing light. WHAT YOU DO WITH TARKEO • Complete a commissioning inspection report in nine sections: visual inspection, continuity of protective conductors, insulation resistance, automatic disconnection and residual current devices, phase rotation, functional and operational tests, EMC, applied standards and smoke alarms. • Choose the inspection type: commissioning inspection, or another inspection with a free-text description. • Add photos of the site straight from the camera. • Type or dictate additional notes – speech is converted to text. • Sign electronically (electrician and the person in charge of electrical work). • Record measurement results and the measuring device used. AUTOMATIC PDF The report is generated as a clean PDF. Empty fields and sections are left out automatically, so the report contains only what matters. The finished report is delivered by email; the customer's and the company's addresses are added automatically as recipients. WORKS LOCALLY All data stays on your device – no account, no server, no required internet connection. Create reports even without a connection, and you stay in control of your data. Ideal for basements, new builds and low-coverage sites. FOR COMPANIES • Company details, letterhead banner and the person in charge of electrical work prefill every report. • In admin you manage company details and the letterhead banner, the electrician's details, the people in charge of electrical work (with their signatures) and the measuring-device list. • A repeat customer's details can be prefilled from a previous inspection – no re-typing the same information. • Share company settings with a colleague as a file (bundle). Setup is one-time and self-service: enter your company and electrician details once and personalize the app with your own letterhead banner. No accounts, no sign-in. SUBSCRIPTION Full use requires a subscription. New users get a 14-day free trial, after which the subscription continues monthly at the price shown in the app store. You can cancel any time in your app store subscription settings.
