BeamLoop brings your social publishing workflow into one streamlined console. Upload a photo or video, choose your connected channels, write your caption, and publish everywhere without repeating the same process in every app. Connect Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Discord, and Telegram, then choose exactly which destinations receive each post. Publish immediately or schedule for a future time, while Launch Drop helps coordinate releases across multiple channels. Start with one shared caption and create platform-specific versions when a channel needs something different. For supported platforms, you can also choose between timeline, Reel, and Story placement. Before publishing, Post Preflight checks your selected media, destinations, captions, connection status, scheduling, and other requirements to help identify anything that needs attention. History lets you follow scheduled, processing, successful, and failed posts, with individual delivery results for every destination. You can cancel scheduled posts and retry eligible failures without republishing to destinations that already succeeded. Save reusable caption ideas inside BeamLoop and bring them into future posts whenever you need inspiration. Smart Channel Groups also let you save frequently used destination combinations for faster publishing. BeamLoop currently supports publishing to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and Linkedin. Instagram is fixed: choosing whether a post goes out as a Post, Reel, or Story is now free on every plan. Creator and Pro can set a custom Instagram cover — scrub the video for the right frame, or upload your own image. Errors now appear as a clear message instead of small red text you had to hunt for, and your plan and remaining posts are visible on the main screen.
