Equal value to customers: scales each country's price by local purchasing power, so it costs a similar share of local income everywhere.
Equal proceeds to you: keeps your take-home the same per sale, using Apple's own tax and commission figures.
Blend value and proceeds: mix the two to taste.
Use Apple's prices: adopt Apple's own equalised prices, or hand the upkeep to Apple.
Copy or match another product: reuse one product's prices, or price relative to it at a fixed multiple.
