Two new charts, more room to log what you feel, and an evening reminder that finally has something to say. Cycle insights are now free for everyone. INSIGHTS, FREE • Every cycle insight — patterns, timing, the six upcoming periods — is now free. LadyOne Plus is for the pregnancy weeks and the full doctor and prenatal reports. • Cycle history: your last six cycles as strips, with period, fertile days and ovulation side by side. Appears after two logged cycles. • Basal temperature: this cycle's mornings on one line, with the expected ovulation day marked and the shift after it, once there are enough readings. LOGGING • Seven new symptoms: night sweats, brain fog, vaginal dryness, palpitations, pelvic pain, itching or burning, frequent urination. • Clots, right under the flow level. • Missed yesterday? The log screen says so and takes you there. THE EVENING REMINDER • It no longer says the same thing every night. It knows where you are in your cycle, notices when yesterday stayed empty, and can pick up on a symptom you rated yesterday. • Discreet wording keeps all of that off the lock screen. FIXES • Today's green tick and last-log line now agree with the rest of the app. • The month axis in the cycle-length chart drifted past twelve cycles. • The backup guide named a screen that doesn't exist. A SMALL LIBRARY • Forty short articles on your cycle, your body and pregnancy — written from NHS, WHO and ACOG sources, in all ten languages. • When one of them matters today, its card appears on Today. One a day at most — never a feed. • "The signs that need a doctor" gets a permanent row in Me, and everything you've read stays there too. MORNING BRIEF • A sentence worth reading, at 9 — only on mornings that have one. Turn it on in Me → Notifications. • Prefer a quiet lock screen? Discreet wording shows "Good morning", nothing more. ALSO • Zizi now has an answer for nearly everything you tap in the daily log — and thirteen faces to say it with. • The doctor report and the Hijri dates now read in your language, whichever of the ten it is — seven of them were quietly seeing English. LadyOne now lives on your Home Screen and Lock Screen — and one bug that mattered is fixed. WIDGETS • "Your cycle at a glance": today's day and phase, and how long until your period. Home Screen and Lock Screen, in every size. • In pregnancy, it shows your week instead. • Tap it to jump straight to today's log. SIRI AND SHORTCUTS • "My period started", "Log no bleeding" and "Log today" work from Siri, the Shortcuts app and Back Tap — without opening LadyOne. FIXED • "My period ended" on Today did nothing if you'd skipped a day of logging. It works now — thank you to the reader who wrote in. • "Rate LadyOne" in Me now always opens the App Store. A big update — most of LadyOne has been redrawn, and the pregnancy side grew up. THE DAILY LOG, REBUILT • Everything saves the moment you tap it. No save button, and a way to undo the last change. • Symptoms now have three levels, from mild to severe, and keep their own colour when selected. • Say more than good or bad: calm, anxious, irritable, low on motivation, and more. • Move between the days of the week in one row, and see at a glance which ones you've filled in. • Deleting a day is its own named action now, never a side effect of clearing the form. PREGNANCY • The calendar carries your pregnancy: the weeks, the windows for routine tests, and your due date. • Insights adds your weight, your symptoms by trimester, movement counts and your checklist. • Record that you felt the baby move, in one tap. • LadyOne asks when your pregnancy started instead of guessing it from your cycle.
