FAST LOGGING, WET HANDS WELCOME
A big-key quick-log sheet opens from anywhere: every parameter for your tank type (temperature, pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, hardness — plus salinity, alkalinity, calcium and magnesium for reef tanks), prefilled with your last reading, with a plain-language interpretation as you type. Multiple readings a day, editable later, saved instantly.
CHARTS WITH GOOD AND WATCH RANGES
Every parameter charts over time with a shaded Good range, status-colored readings, and water-change markers. Premium keepers can set their own Good and Watch ranges per tank instead of the defaults.

Tell Brightwater your tank type and situation and get a recommended photoperiod with the reasoning, a timer card ("ON 10:00 · OFF 18:00") to set your plug timer by, optional on/off reminders, and an honest note on the siesta method.

CYCLE A NEW TANK WITH CONFIDENCE
The guided nitrogen-cycle assistant walks fishless (dose-and-test) or fish-in paths day by day: what to do today, why the nitrite spike is normal, what stalls a cycle, and when it's safe to add fish — driven by your own readings, with honest "typically 2–6 weeks" expectations.
REMINDERS THAT KNOW YOUR TANK
Preloaded care schedules by tank type reschedule from when you actually did the job, with quiet hours respected and never a duplicate. A reading that drifts also joins that tank's Watching card, with one optional reminder to test it again.
DOSING, LOGGED THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY DOSE
Add whatever you use by name — no product database, no dosage advice. A quick-dose sheet prefills your last amount, undo is one tap, and every dose lands in the tank's history beside your test results. Logging is free with one schedule per tank; Premium adds extra schedules, reminders, and chart markers.
EQUIPMENT THAT REMEMBERS ITS OWN SERVICE
