Being able to point your phone at a property and instantly see ownership details, sale history, property information, and other insights makes researching homes incredibly convenient. Super cool app and surprisingly useful. You can literally point your camera at a house and Curbscope gives you an estimate of what the property is worth. I’ve found myself using it just walking or driving around looking at houses I’m curious about. Really simple idea, but executed well. Definitely worth downloading if you’re into real estate or just curious what homes around you are worth.
