Try a conversation with an AI role-play partner and find the words you want to use. ■ Take a pause with meditation and sounds Choose audio that fits how you feel and gently focus on your breath and body. ■ Keep track of medication Set medication reminders and record each dose with a tap. ■ Explore mental wellness Q&A Read general health information from psychiatrists answering real questions. Three psychiatrists participated in the design of Roulin's content. Some features are available through in-app purchase. Roulin is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
