Based on your answer, Lullaby creates the right thing to fall asleep to — a guided wind-down, a slow bedtime story, or a soundscape that fits your state of mind. All narrated in the voice you chose, one that feels like company.

• Each night, check in with tonight's mood in one tap
• Add a little context if you want like a little diary — or skip it
• Lullaby matches you with a narrated session or soundscape for how you feel
• Drift off. Audio keeps playing with your screen locked.
