What's new in 1.1.9 - Siri shortcuts: say "New expense in Jaybti", "New income in Jaybti" or "New transfer in Jaybti" to open the form directly, ready to type the amount. - Transfers between accounts in different currencies: the saved exchange rate is shown, you can adjust it for that transfer only, and you see the amount received right away. - Hidden balances: tap the eye next to an account to reveal just that one. - Recurring transactions: change the frequency directly from the recurring list. - Text on the transaction screens is back to its normal size. The previous update enlarged it more than intended and made the page look zoomed in. - All values in a transaction form now share the same size, so the form reads as one consistent list. - The month arrows at the top of Transactions are easier to tap. Aiming at an arrow no longer opens the month picker by mistake. - Fixed a full-screen ad that could appear without a close button after saving a transaction, forcing the app to be restarted.

This update is all about the transaction screen. - Bigger, clearer text on every field. Dates, amounts, categories and accounts are now easier to read at a glance. - Roomier input fields. Labels take up less space so your values get more of it. - Adding a category from the transaction screen now opens on the right type. Creating one while recording income no longer defaults to expense. - Income, expense and both are now colour-coded in the category form, so you can tell them apart instantly.

New - Guided setup. Turn on the daily reminder and the app lock right from the first launch. Both steps can be skipped and enabled later in Settings. - Account type icons. Pick one from the icon list or type any emoji from your keyboard, and choose it while you create the type instead of editing it afterwards. Fixed - Resetting the app now clears everything. Recurring transactions and notes were left behind, and recurring rules could recreate transactions in what should have been an empty app. - Scheduled reminders are now cancelled on reset, so notifications no longer keep arriving after you wipe the app. Improved - The backup restore confirmation has been redesigned to match the rest of the app, in both light and dark mode.

The app itself is unchanged in this update. As always: no account, no sign-up, and your financial data never leaves your device.

Budgets - Fixed: monthly budget limits now show the exact amount you set. If your month starts on a custom day, the limit is no longer slightly inflated. - Your existing budgets are corrected automatically. Nothing to re-enter. - Budget changes now appear immediately in the Summary view. Search - New totals bar above your results: income, expenses and balance, plus transfers when there are any. It follows the type filter you select. Accounts - New button next to the eye icon to switch between 2, 1 or 0 decimals (1 000,50 / 1 000,5 / 1 001). Your choice is remembered.

More currencies, safer backups and a more reliable daily reminder. - 23 new currencies, for 121 in total. Added across Africa (Angola, Mozambique, DR Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Malawi, Botswana, Namibia, Guinea, Sierra Leone and more) and across Latin America and the Caribbean (Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Venezuela, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Belize, Bahamas and more). - Safer backups. Your app passcode is no longer stored inside exported backup files, so saving a backup to iCloud Drive, or sending it to yourself, never exposes your code. - The daily reminder is now more dependable. It could stop silently after reinstalling the app or restoring your phone, while still showing as active in Settings. Jaybti now checks it every time you open the app and restores it if needed. - Hide your balances from Settings too. The eye button that hides amounts now sits in Settings, under Accounts, and not only in the Accounts tab. - App Lock now shows On or Off directly in Settings, so you can see its status at a glance. Jaybti keeps all your accounts, transactions and balances on your device.

- Fixed: your account's starting balance was missing from financial statements. Exported PDF and Excel statements now match the balance shown in the app. - You can now change an account's starting balance after creating it. - Settings now shows the correct app version.

- Jaybti now opens in your phone language from the very first launch: English, French, Spanish or Arabic. - No more ad when you open the app. An ad now appears after you save a transaction instead, so nothing stands between you and your expense. - You can now change how a transaction repeats without recreating it, including a new "1st of each month" option. - Repeating transactions show their frequency directly in your lists. - New categories automatically get a distinct color, so your charts stay readable.
