Work the day with another photographer. Invite a second shooter to one gallery and nothing else. They upload into your gallery from their own account, their photographs land beside yours, and the invitation covers that gallery alone — never your clients, your bookings or anything else in your studio. A "Working with others" section appears only once you are actually sharing something. Keep the negatives. On Studio, a gallery can now carry your RAW files alongside the finished photographs. Turn on "Include RAW files" for a gallery, drag the negatives in beside the JPEGs, and each one pairs to the photograph that shares its file name. A hundred gigabytes are included, the gallery shows what it is holding, and your client can download a negative if you want them to. RAW files come down after thirty days and you are emailed twice before anything is removed, with an Extend button on the gallery if you need longer. Covers that sit where you want them. The cover framing tool gained a zoom slider beside the focal point, so you can pull in on a face instead of settling for the crop the shape gives you. The framing now reaches every thumbnail in the app and every client gallery, including password-protected ones, which previously ignored it entirely. The slider tells you how much of the photograph each shape actually hides. Covers that move, if you want them to. A gallery cover can cycle through four photographs once and rest, set per gallery or as a studio default. Off by default, and it respects the reduce-motion setting on your phone. Type that suits the work. A gallery can carry its own font pairing, so a wedding and a headshot session no longer have to look alike. Steadier uploads when two people are working at once. Uploading into a shared gallery now waits for every photograph to be recorded before the batch finishes, so a second tap can no longer add the same files twice.

The free plan's gallery line no longer promises originals it cannot deliver, clients are no longer told an app is coming soon, and error messages point at the settings where they now live. A print that cannot be printed can no longer be bought. Money that adds up. "Overdue in 13 days" is gone, the tax report can produce a quarter, delivery is confirmed by you and recorded as your own note, and the two emails the law requires now say why they cannot be muted. Times and dates the way you say them. Every time and date a person reads now uses a 12-hour clock and month-first dates: "Saturday, October 3 at 5:00 PM", not 17:00 on 2026-10-03. Emails, push notifications, booking pages, receipts and your published site all changed together. Mini session pages, three ways. A mini session's landing page has three looks to choose from, each shown as a card you can preview before picking. Go live now publishes the event's page for you, so there is one button instead of two steps. Ask for a review at the right moment. Add your Google review link in Settings and a quiet line appears at the end of a delivered gallery, after the photographs and the thank-you. A board that is not empty on day one. New studios now start with one clearly labelled sample booking, so the pipeline shows how a shoot moves from inquiry to delivered. Delete it in one click whenever you like. Refunds explained honestly. The button that said "Cancel and refund" now says "Cancel order", because canceling stops the lab and does not move money. Both the confirmation and the canceled order link straight to the payment in Stripe, and a new guide answers the refund questions in plain language. Clearer money, everywhere. A completed booking no longer counts unpaid payment links as collected, payment history says "They paid" instead of your own studio name, and a shoot in the future no longer files itself under last month. Faster, calmer editing. The website canvas shows the shape of your page while it loads instead of a blank white rectangle, galleries stop saying "nothing yet" and the help chat answers the question you asked instead of reciting a whole guide.

Mini sessions got their landing page. Create the event in Studio, tap Go live, and a photo-led page with the booking card rising over the image is built and published for you. Three looks to pick from in the website editor, right on the page: the Field, Compact with a button, or a split panel with the date, location, duration and price beside the photo. The card names the session, day, place, price and how many spots are left before anyone taps a time. Publish from your phone. The website editor's phone view now has Preview and Publish, with a line that says whether what's live matches what you see. The publish receipt names the page you just put up and opens it. Go live does the whole job. When a client replies to an email you sent from Honeyfell, the reply now lands in the new Messages inbox in the app. Answer from there, or start a new conversation yourself. Payment links that never expire. Every payment now has its own permanent page in your brand, with the amount itemized. Text it or email it once and it works until it is paid. Gallery downloads on any computer. Clients oneir whole gallery as a zip in the quality you allow, instead of being steered to a phone. Sturdier uploading. Drag a whole folder onto Add photos, stop a batch mid-upload, and a fix for a rare bug that could show duplicate photos in a gallery.

Send real invoices, not just payment links. Invoices are new — numbered, with line items, and they can carry a payment plan instead of one lump sum, so a $4,000 wedding paid in three installments works the way you'd actually collect it. Each invoice lives right next to the contract in the session hub, and reminder emails go out on their own before something's due and again if it's late, so you're not the one keeping track. Discounts actually settle the balance now. A gift or discount you gave a client was showing as money still owed, forever — that's fixed. Your standing discounts (teacher, first responder, or whatever you've set up) now save in Settings so you're not retyping them on every booking, and discounts work on offline payments too, not just Stripe. Print sales keep every cent on Pro and Studio. The old 5% commission on print sales for paid tiers is gone — you keep 100% now. There's also a new screen to turn your promotional campaigns (Early Bird, Abandoned Cart, the anniversary email) on or off and see how each one's doing. Know if an email actually got there. Sent emails now show whether the client's mail server actually accepted it, not just whether Honeyfell tried to send it — so a bounced address shows up as bounced instead of quietly looking fine for weeks. Delete a client, and make a rename stick. The client page has an actual delete option now, and renaming a client updates their past bookings and galleries too, instead of the new name just sitting there unused. The session page is reorganized around your timeline. Before the shoot, the day itself, and after are now three clear sections instead of five tabs, and what you're owed is the first thing in the sidebar, in every state — including when nothing's priced yet. Notes can carry a date and a client now. Set a reminder date on a note and it surfaces as due when the day comes, and you can tag which client a note is about right from the note itself. Also in this build: a sign-in bug that could leave you stuck on a "not signed in" banner is fixed, and the admin screens now match the color you'd expect throughout.

Contracts you can actually use Paste an agreement you already have — from Word, Docs, or a PDF, and it keeps its headings and structure instead of collapsing into one block of text. Blanks like "________" and "[Client Name]" are found for you and offered as fill-in fields. You can bold and highlight text, and mark clauses that require a client's initials before they can sign. Notes A scratch list, one tap from anywhere. Jot down the thing you need to remember without it becoming a client, a booking, or a task. Studio home, redesigned. The screen you land on is new. Your galleries, bookings, contracts and payments are four clear sections instead of a wall of links, your recent galleries show their cover photographs, and the numbers you actually check are across the top. Signing in is quicker, and the sign-in loop a few of you ran into is fixed. Export straight from Lightroom Classic. There is a Honeyfell plugin for Lightroom Classic now, on both Mac and Windows. Select your photos, hit export, and they arrive in a gallery — full resolution for prints, web-sized for the reveal, thumbnails, all rendered on your own machine. Re-export a photo you have since edited and it quietly replaces the earlier version. Download it from Galleries, then Lightroom. Pull your clients' favorites back into your catalog. When a client hearts the ones they love, Library, then Plug-in Extras, then Pull client favorites gathers them into a Honeyfell collection in Lightroom. Their picks are in front of you while you edit, instead of in a screenshot on your phone. Your shoots, on your real calendar. Bookings now carry a start time and a location, and every one has an Add to Calendar button. Or subscribe once from Settings, then Calendar, and every booked shoot shows up in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook on its own and stays up to date as things move. Say who a gallery is for. Galleries that arrive from Lightroom start out with nobody attached. Now you can name the client from the gallery's Overview tab — pick someone already in your list or add them on the spot — and attach their booking at the same time, which marks it delivered and puts the share link where you will look for it. Also in this release: link your Etsy, Gumroad or preset shop from your own website on Pro; clearer labels for payment and contract setup in Settings; and better flagging when something is blocked or declined so it reads as a problem rather than as decoration.
