The easyStorage app is designed for customers who already have an active or upcoming easyStorage order. Create your password using the link sent by easyStorage, then sign in to manage your storage services in one place.
Whether you use Collect & Store, Drop & Store or Drive-Up Self Storage, the features available in the app will reflect your service and order status.

What's new
- Sign-in improvements: the sign-in screen now opens on email, you can switch between a password and a one-time code at any point, and if a code cannot be sent we tell you why and what to do next. When a code is sent to more than one place, we say so.
- Returns and move-outs: before you confirm, we now ask the reason for your return or move-out so our team can plan it properly.
- ID verification: your order now shows when your ID is being checked or reviewed by the site manager, explains what happens next, and takes you straight to verification if a new ID is needed.
