WorkTime is the mobile companion to the Nextcloud app "WorkTime". Log your working hours, project time and absences on your iPhone or iPad, without going back to your desk.
The app requires a Nextcloud with the WorkTime app installed and an employee profile set up there. It cannot be used without that installation. All data stays on that Nextcloud — the app does not store it permanently and sends nothing to third parties.
Features
- Time tracking: create, edit and delete entries. Break suggestions and prefilled values come from the WorkTime app on your server.
- Book project time against the projects assigned to you.
- Request absences and check your vacation balance.
- Monthly overview with target hours, actual hours and overtime, entries grouped by day.
- For team leads: approve or reject vacation and monthly requests, and see your team's absence calendar.
Privacy
- No tracking, no ads, no analytics services.
- The app only connects to the Nextcloud you specify.
- Sign-in uses the Nextcloud login flow. The access token is kept in the device keychain and can be revoked on the server at any time.
- An optional app lock protects access with Face ID or Touch ID.
