WorldLens is a calm way to follow world events.
Instead of an endless firehose of duplicate headlines, WorldLens groups
coverage from more than 60 international news outlets into single event
cards. Each card shows how many independent sources are reporting the
story, a neutral AI-written summary, and a timeline of how coverage
developed — with links to every original article.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
• Daily Brief — one calm, ~90-second read of what mattered in the last 24
hours. Every sentence links to the events and sources behind it, so you
can always check the story yourself. Read it, then get on with your day.
• One event, one card — dozens of duplicate headlines become a single,
clear entry with a source count you can trust, tagged by region and
category (conflict, disasters, trade, markets).
• Significance, not noise — events are ranked by independent source
count, source diversity, and how quickly coverage spreads. Three calm
levels: Critical, Important, Development.
• Region monitoring — follow curated zones with 90-day activity charts,
travel advisory levels, and neutral situation context.
• A quiet map — see where events are happening on a clean, dark map.
No flashing pins, no alarm colors.
• Notifications that respect you — "critical only" mode averages three
or fewer alerts per day, plus an optional morning brief that arrives at
8:30 your local time. Keyword filters, quiet hours, and per-region
choices all run on your device.
• Home screen widget — the daily brief headline and the top events of the
last 24 hours.

• Free, with no ads, no account, and no in-app purchases.
• No cross-app tracking. Optional anonymous usage analytics
(off with one tap in Settings).
• Your filters, followed regions, and muted topics never leave your
device.
SOURCE-TRANSPARENT
Every event links to the original reporting. WorldLens shows headlines
and short snippets with full attribution and sends you to the source —
we never republish articles.
