Fixes reported by our first users:
• A unit marked as sold can now be set back to available. Sold units stay in the unit menu instead of disappearing, so a unit marked sold by mistake is no longer stuck that way.
• Marking a unit as sold now asks for confirmation first, and explains what it changes.
• Sending a tenant invitation now asks for confirmation and shows the email address it will go to, so an invitation is no longer sent by an accidental tap.
• Dashboard amounts are shown in whole dollars, and the rent tiles now add up to the total.
• Fixed a properties list that could report "0 properties" while showing one. Sold properties are now counted separately.
• The "Sold" badge no longer overlaps the unit number.
