Answer a few quick questions about your goal, your fitness level, and how much time you actually have. Aria Health recommends a ten minute video workout for you each day, and you can browse the full workout library anytime you want something different. No guessing whether your form is right: every session plays as video with synchronised voice coaching and on screen captions, so you always know what to do next.
