One question. Everyone answers honestly at the same time. Then phones go down and your group has the conversation it's been avoiding. You don't really know your friends until there's a little beef. Beef puts one question in front of your whole group. Everyone answers honestly on their own phone — at the same time, so nobody can dodge, soften it, or follow the crowd. Then the phones go DOWN, and the real conversation starts, face to face. HOW A ROUND WORKS • One friend creates a room; everyone joins with a 4-letter code. No accounts, no sign-ups — just your name. • The same question hits every phone. The host sets how deep the questions go. • Everyone picks someone in the room — in private, all at once. • The reveal: what the room really thinks, by the numbers. And if your room plays full-reveal mode, exactly who said what — laid out like the group chat it's about to become. • Then the app gets out of the way: PHONES DOWN. TALK IT OUT. The conversation is the game. WHY IT WORKS Because everyone answers at the same time, the honest answer comes out instead of the safe one. You'll find out what your friends actually think — about each other, and about you. The best conversations your group has ever had start exactly there. MADE FOR REAL ROOMS, NOT STRANGERS Beef is for friends who are actually together — same couch, same table, same argument. Private code-gated rooms. Real names. No strangers, no chat, no feed. Nothing is saved: rooms and every vote in them self-destruct a few hours after the game ends. 483 HAND-WRITTEN QUESTIONS Three levels, built to go deeper the longer you play: "Who's the funniest without even trying?" "Who's the glue holding this friend group together?" "Who's most likely to drop everything to help a friend at 3am?" The friends who can argue are the friends who last. Get the group. Pick a level. Talk it out.
