PRIVACY
No advertising SDKs. No ad tracking. No data brokers. We run no servers of our own and can never see your recordings, transcripts or summaries. Your recordings, transcripts and summaries stay on your device unless you turn on iCloud sync (off by default) — and then they go only to your own private iCloud, never to us. Lucy does send anonymous crash and performance diagnostics so bugs get fixed; these never include your recordings, transcripts, summaries or meeting names.

iOS 26 or later. iPhone 14 or later recommended for best performance. AI models (approximately 600 MB to 1.6 GB depending on selection) download once on first launch over Wi-Fi.

Lucy 1.2.0
• Fixed: sessions in Therapist, Legal and Education modes could come back with an empty transcript. Transcription in those modes now works exactly like Generic.
• Fixed: the “Many speakers (LS-EEND)” model could not be downloaded on a real device. It now installs, and it uses a variant with a real capacity of up to 10 speakers.
• Fixed: a completed “Standard” speaker model download could show as not installed.
• New: models tell you when an update is available, and you choose when to download it. Settings › Storage can remove leftover model files.
• Faster, leaner transcription of long recordings (a 27‑minute file now peaks at about a third of the memory it used before).
• Lucy now sends anonymous crash, performance and usage diagnostics so bugs get fixed; these never include your recordings, transcripts, summaries or meeting names, and nothing that identifies you.
