Love this AI Agent. Best in the market in terms of ease of use and cross-device compatibility. I’ve tried a bunch of these tools, and Grubbot is probably the closest I’ve found to something I can actually use throughout the day instead of just playing around with.The biggest pain points are around persistence and intelligence when completing tasks. It still gives up too easily sometimes, gets stuck on things a human would work around, or needs me to jump back in and point it in the right direction. Obviously credit usage is a big limitation as well if you’re trying to use it as more than an occasional tool.I’m trying to use it almost exclusively now for execution, while pairing it with a larger language model to handle the more complex thinking and heavy lifting. That setup works pretty well. I can use the LLM to think through what needs to happen, then hand the actual task over to Grubbot to go do the work across different apps and devices.I really hope the developers keep pushing hard on making it smarter, more persistent, and better at figuring things out on its own. That’s the biggest opportunity here. I don’t want an AI that needs to be managed every few steps. I want to give it an outcome and have it keep working until the job is actually done.Right now it feels more like a high school-level intern than an actual employee.

Grok Bot has taken the mundane daily tasks over completely. I have two primary groups of managers and worker bots. Delivery side of my business and warehouse side. They report to Chief of Staff, who reports summaries to me. They handle all incoming requests from start to finish. I don’t even monitor emails anymore! I don’t write up any orders. And they audit all work as well. Also have sales and marketing bot that sends out emails to generate more business, audits website, website redesign, seo optimization, and more. Grok bot is a huge asset and worth the expense. To setup is easy and after the first few weeks of minor tweaks and correction to processes they have proven to perform without error! They are the perfect employee. Fast learning and never forget. I also had them audit my current processes and make suggestions to optimize. Get and pay for grok bot you won’t regret it!

I started using AI two years ago. I’m not that computer suave. I know the basics I cannot even begin to say how this has helped me so much with my business already. I had a website up in two days FREE. My website is not basic it. It looks fantastic like it was professionally done thousands paid. You can have multiple bots working as your teammates this is just fantastic. They can send emails they can pay invoices. They can write proposals to research anything you want these guys can almost do you can even install texting apps where they text someone for you. This is just a game changer for me. You can also plug in so your system is all running smoothly and a cycle together. Thank you so much for your hard work in making our lives more productive and less headaches!

I did the free trial, which was a little tricky to figure out how to do. On the website if you choose the upgrade to Cursor Ultra option, after clicking on that, even though it said it was $200, it gave me the option for a free trial. The free trial was enough usage to do a decent test with a handful of bots on different tasks.I ran out of the free usage and based on the results of one bot I had trained on adding product pages to my website, I decided to pay $200 to upgrade to the monthly cursor ultra plan.So far Grok Bots seem really powerful and capable. I’m really impressed with what it has done so far. Still super early, which means it will only get better. I will have to see how things are running after I have trained all of the bots I’ve created for different tasks, but I feel like this really could be life-changing for me. I have it doing several things that are giving me time back in my day already. And I’m accomplishing more.Adding product pages to the site has still been on the slow side. About 30 minutes per product page. But I have it telling me how long it is taking it to do each page and it seems to be getting faster. It’s great that I can show it what to do as well. I’m going to show it an optimized workflow for the things. I’m having it do. The initial product adding it did, I didn’t even show out what to do, it just figured everything out. Takes correction really well and now seems to be doing new product pages about as well as I do.I’ve had my mind blown over and over again using Grok Bot these last couple of days. $200 a month feels expensive, but I think it’s going to enable me to make more money in my small business and recover time. And I’ve had years and years of not having the time I want.Very well done Grok Bot team!
