SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Downshift Premium is required to use the app after onboarding. Choose weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewable access. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
Downshift is a behavior-change and tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure nicotine dependence and is not a substitute for medical care.
