One look. Every clip. Even when the cameras change. Färg is an iPhone video finishing app for creators who already have a LUT they trust. Set LUT Input for each clip, then share White Balance, Exposure, LUT, Optical Flow Motion Blur, and Film Grain across the entire batch. Finish one movie or a mixed-camera shoot with one consistent recipe, exporting every source as its own movie. CAMERA LOG TO DAVINCI INTERMEDIATE • 35 specification-backed Log input profiles across 13 manufacturers: Apple, ARRI, Blackmagic Design, Canon, DJI, Fujifilm, GoPro, Insta360, Leica, Nikon, Panasonic, RED, and Sony • Convert supported camera Log footage to scene-linear, then to DaVinci Wide Gamut / Intermediate before the LUT • Choose the input profile separately for each clip • Keep the original source interpretation with As Recorded When using a camera Log input, Färg expects a LUT authored for DaVinci Wide Gamut / Intermediate input and display-referred SDR Rec.709 output. LUT files do not carry standardized input and output color-space declarations. Färg never guesses compatibility or prevents you from choosing a LUT. Exports with a LUT use SDR Rec.709 with NCLC 1-1-1 metadata. BRING YOUR OWN LUT LIBRARY • Import .cube, PNG, and JPEG LUTs from Files • Link a Files folder and automatically sync it while Färg is open • Keep the original subfolder hierarchy when browsing linked LUTs • Compare every LUT on the same video frame or reference image • Apply one selected LUT at full strength ONE RECIPE, EVERY CLIP • Adjust Temperature, Tint, and Exposure before the LUT • Add Film Grain after the LUT, with independent Intensity and Size controls • Add Apple VideoToolbox Optical Flow Motion Blur on supported iPhones • Use the same processing order and settings in Preview and Export • Export every source as a separate HEVC QuickTime movie at its display resolution • Preserve audio and supported static metadata • Preserve the original frame timing when Motion Blur is disabled • Follow progress per video, cancel individual items, and retry only failed exports PHOTOS, FILES, AND EXTERNAL DRIVES Choose videos from Photos, Files, or connected external storage. During a regular editing session, Färg previews and renders directly from the selected source without first creating an extra working copy inside the app. For Photos videos, Färg uses the originally captured or imported movie. Slow-motion ramps, trims, crops, and filters applied in Photos are intentionally not included. EXPORT AND AUTOMATE When Motion Blur is disabled and the system accepts continued processing, export can continue after you leave Färg. Exports using Motion Blur require Färg to remain open until they finish. Shortcuts can open a movie in Färg with a selected LUT, or apply a LUT to one movie without presenting the editor and pass the rendered result to the next action. ON-DEVICE BY DESIGN Your videos and LUTs are processed on your iPhone. Färg has no account system, ads, tracking, developer-operated analytics, or developer-operated server.
