Build better neck posture while you work. Neckly tracks head tilt in real time, alerts you when your posture drifts, and helps you stay aware during long desk sessions. Neckly helps you become more aware of your neck posture throughout the day. Connect supported AirPods, and start a monitoring session. Neckly uses motion data from your AirPods to detect potentially uncomfortable neck positions and gently reminds you when it may be time to adjust. MONITOR THE MOVEMENTS THAT MATTER Neckly can detect: • Looking down or tilting your head upward • Tilting your head to the left or right REAL-TIME POSTURE REMINDERS When Neckly detects that your neck has remained outside your calibrated range, it can play a gentle audio reminder—even while you are using another app. The goal is simple: help you notice poor posture earlier and build healthier everyday habits over time. PERSONALIZED CALIBRATION Everyone’s natural posture is different. Neckly creates a personalized reference position based on your own comfortable posture, making monitoring more relevant to you. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Review your monitoring history and better understand how often different posture events occur. Use these insights to gradually improve your daily habits. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your posture and motion data are processed locally on your device. Neckly does not require an account, and your monitoring data is not uploaded to external servers. DESIGNED FOR EVERYDAY USE Use Neckly while working, studying, reading, or spending time on your phone. Monitoring sessions are always started and stopped by you. Neckly requires compatible AirPods with supported motion-tracking capabilities. Neckly is a posture-awareness tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you experience persistent pain or discomfort, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Unlock all premium features with Neckly Pro.
