NationCraft is a government and economy simulator where every month is a fresh chance to look brilliant, or to explain to an angry mob why bread costs $400. Set taxes, steer the central bank, enact policies, issue bonds, and answer 3 a.m. cabinet briefings. Every choice has trade-offs. There are no perfect answers. (We checked.)
A CALM COMMAND CENTER
Your whole nation on four clean tabs, designed so your eyes stay calm while your country burns. Color means something here: green is good, amber is worrying, red means start drafting your resignation speech.

A COUNTRY THAT IS ACTUALLY YOURS
Every run draws its own territory from the name you give it: 18 provinces tinted by what they produce, ringed by neighbours with names of their own. Same name, same country, every time.
DECISIONS WITH WEIGHT
147 events can interrupt your rule: earthquakes, currency crises, tech bubbles (and their pops), scandals, snap elections, debt jubilees, and emergency powers you may not get back. Time politely pauses, your cabinet briefs you, and one tap decides. Choices echo for months.
GOVERN ON A PLATFORM
On Crazy mode, pick an ideology. It fences two of your controls, shapes who likes you, and decides which crises come knocking. You can break with your base later. It costs you, and they remember. Add one of twelve constraints on top: no sales tax, no income tax, a central bank that has stopped taking your calls.

Your income per person, ranked against 40 real countries that keep growing while you govern. Overtaking them is on you.
SIX WAYS TO LOSE YOUR JOB (PERMANENTLY)
Bankruptcy. Revolution. Coup. Hyperinflation. Invasion. Population: zero. The treasury can run dry, the streets can turn, the generals can get ideas. Watch your vitals like your reign depends on it. It does.
CHASE THE GOLDEN AGE
Complete the policy tree, reach 0% corruption, retire the debt, and hold eleven conditions green for twelve straight months. Do that and history remembers you fondly. Then keep ruling, if you dare.
