Prepare before you fly. Save your suitcase details, scan your baggage receipt, access airline tracking and share a complete missing-bag report.
Before your trip, register your suitcase once at home with its photos, brand, colour and size.
Then, while waiting for your flight, take three minutes to select your suitcase, record your journey and photograph the baggage label provided at check-in.
If your bag goes missing, everything is ready to access the airline’s tracking service or share the essential information with the airline.
