New: an alarm you can rely on even more. On iOS 26.1 or later, Fajr Up now sets your alarm seven mornings ahead — it rings even if you don't open the app for a few days. Alarm settings now have “Test the alarm now” (also iOS 26.1 or later): a test alarm rings, then the app asks whether you heard it. An overview shows whether everything is ready — alarm permission, notifications, location. If something is missing, the app shows you how to fix it. If the camera acts up during a wake task, there's now always a way out. Stopped the alarm on your Apple Watch? You can now start the wake task from “Today” until sunrise. New app icon: our mascot's face in black and gold. Plus bug fixes. BarakAllahu feek for your feedback!

New: your Fajr week plan. Every day can have its own wake task — pick one favorite or let Fajr Up spread your favorites across the week. The home tab is now “Today” and shows your next Fajr, the day's wake task and Fajr Focus at a glance. When the alarm rings, the day's task starts right away. With no internet, the app switches to a fitting favorite on its own. Plus a clearer setup, a more reliable alarm and bug fixes. BarakAllahu feek for your feedback!

Fajr Up now speaks Indonesian and Malay. • Bahasa Indonesia & Bahasa Melayu — complete: interface, quiz and every verse. Verses come from the recognised translations (Kemenag RI and Abdullah Basmeih), the Prophet's words from the established renderings — never freely translated. • The step mission now really takes you outside: 300 to 1000 steps before the alarm goes quiet. And the escape only appears when the counter is truly silent. • Shaking now goes up to 100 — with the light in your face. • One evening notification instead of two: your coach hint now travels inside the wind-down nudge. • During your trial, Fajr Up shows your own numbers — streak, rate, speed — instead of empty promises.

Fajr Up gets to know you. • Two new wake-up missions: walk until the alarm stops — no steps happen lying down. Or shake your phone while the camera light shines in your face. • Your Fajr Coach: insights from your own history — which weekday is hardest, which mission wakes you fastest. Everything is calculated on your device; nothing leaves it. • On your phone late, missing Fajr early? The coach shows you the connection, from your real data. • Photo mission: pick which objects it may ask for — not everyone has the same things at home. • Your location now has a name, without ever leaving your device. • You see the calculation method during setup — so your Fajr time matches your mosque from day one. • Reliability: the alarm now tells you when a permission is missing instead of staying silent. On the voice missions it comes back if nothing happens for 90 seconds. Plus a safety net in case the morning stays quiet anyway.

The alarm now stops only when you actually start your wake-up mission — not the moment you tap the alarm. It also keeps going if you leave the app. If you break off, Fajr Up reminds you three times, a minute apart. After that sleep has won, and tomorrow morning is the next round. The Quran scan is finally sharp: Fajr Up now uses the macro lens, so you can hold the Mushaf close. The wake screen looks like an alarm clock — just without snooze. Four new alarm sounds, and more accurate Fajr times in northern summers.

New: Fajr Focus hides the apps that distract you while you pray — and, if you like, from the evening onwards until your alarm rings. Fajr Up now speaks Arabic — fully, with the hadiths in their Arabic original. Your streak counts the moment you finish your wake-up mission — no need to tap "Wake up" any more. Plus new explainer screens during setup, improvements and bug fixes. BarakAllahu feek for your feedback!
