For owners and managers - Contractors: each contractor's bill, advances and what is left, from the More menu. - Production: every invoice and slip of the month with its pieces and amount, and the dispatches still waiting for a contractor. - Departments: when you add or edit someone, pick from your own departments. A spelling slip like "Fetling" asks "Did you mean Fettling?". - Went out: see who left the work area during their shift, when they left, when they came back and how far they went. - Selfie checks: every random selfie check of the day in one list, with the photo, where it was taken and whether it was answered. - Check-in review asks why when you reject a check-in, or approve one that is late, outside the office or flagged. Staff see your reason. - Remove a check-out (they show as checked in again) or a whole check-in, with a reason. You can undo it from Activity. - Mark as left: pick the last working day on a calendar and say why. Their attendance, pay and loans are kept. - Overtime is now worked out automatically for new businesses. For staff - Face setup is a quick scan: look at the camera and turn your head a little each way while the ring fills. About 10 seconds. - Notifications are now delivered reliably. For owners and managers - A new Home: who is in today on one ring, a short summary of the day, your shifts and shift teams, and who is here, not here or away. - One banner for everything waiting for your approval, plus who's in today and the people whose month needs a look. - Choose who checks in with location only, without a selfie — for one person, a few at once, or everyone. - Mark someone on tour straight from Home. - Contract workers, shift groups and team details in tabs. For staff - Location-only check-in: if your manager chose it, there is no camera. Be at work with location on and tap Check in. - Still checked in from last night? The app asks whether you worked through and splits the shift correctly, or lets you say you forgot to check out. - Your shift for today, and a clear note before leaving early about what it costs. - Times in AM/PM everywhere, a week that starts on Monday, and a clock on anything waiting for approval. Set weekly off days and holiday pay per employee, or use company defaults. Managers can request changes for admin review. Employees can see their off-day rules and paid or unpaid off days. Attendance review and pay details are clearer.

Add a profile photo from your Profile screen. Adding a staff member is now a short step-by-step flow — name and pay first, the rest can wait. Cashbook and transactions can show a month, a year or all time. Holidays: import the year's calendar in one go; holidays now count as paid days in payroll. Set weekly off days in Settings. Admins can track their own attendance from Home (Settings → Track my own attendance). Delete my account now works directly in the app, confirmed with an OTP.

Managers can now use My attendance to punch in and out, view their attendance and pay, and request leave. Check-out no longer requires camera access. Added confirmation and the option to undo an accidental pending check-out when allowed. Admins can easily configure manager attendance review permissions. PAY The month's totals live in one card. Every balance carries a Due, Paid or Overpaid tag so the list reads at a glance. Lock names the month it locks. STAFF One clean list with balance tags, and a person's page opens on a purple header with their details. ALSO - Numbers are a little smaller and easier to read. - The staff app's Today card matches the owner's. - Demo sign-in works from the quick-login list.
