Helpful votes raise useful answers, the asker can mark an accepted answer, and member profiles show contribution reputation. COMMUNITY, WITH SAFETY CONTROLS Search and filter by topic or post type, follow useful topics or members, save posts, and receive in-app updates. Members can edit or delete eligible content, report, block, mute, and appeal a restriction. Member questions and answers are personal experiences—not verified veteran status, VA guidance, professional advice, or crisis care. PRIVATE WELLBEING TOOLS Use guided breathing, grounding, body scan, calming sounds, mood and symptom check-ins, journaling, trigger tracking, recovery goals, self-checks, and a personal support plan. Private app data is saved on your device first and is never posted to Community automatically. OPTIONAL HELP+ CLOUD SYNC Create an account with email, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. Help+ can sync eligible private app data and validated evidence files across devices. Local features and Community remain free.
