Build the intervals, Peg holds the watts. ERG control for FTMS smart trainers, heart rate, a Lock Screen cockpit, and clean ride history. Peg turns a smart trainer into a precise interval session. You build the workout — warm-up, sets, ramps, recoveries — and Peg holds every target for you, watt by watt, so the only thing left to do is pedal. STRUCTURE FIRST Workouts are sections you can repeat, reorder, and duplicate: 13 x 30/15s, over-unders, sweet spot blocks, ramp tests. Type exact watts and times or nudge them with steppers. The whole ride is drawn as one honest power profile before you start. RIDE IT Peg speaks FTMS, the open trainer standard, and drives resistance directly in ERG mode. The ride screen shows the four numbers that matter, big enough to read from the drops: target, time remaining, live power, cadence. Pair a Bluetooth heart rate strap and it joins the row. Lock the phone mid-ride and nothing pauses. The session runs on the wall clock, keeps stepping targets in your pocket, and the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island carry a live mini cockpit with pause and skip. Swipe the ride down inside the app and it docks as a mini bar while you browse or build. STAY IN CONTROL If another device grabs your trainer mid-ride, Peg notices, quietly takes control back, and shows a Restore button if the fight continues. Your ride, your watts. REMEMBER IT Every ride is recorded — power, cadence, heart rate, once per second — into a clean history with per-set splits. Peg needs an FTMS-compatible smart trainer to ride (Wahoo KICKR and most modern trainers). Building workouts and browsing history work without one. No account, no subscription, and your data never leaves your phone.
