Exercise demos show up everywhere. Any clip your coach has uploaded now plays on Progressions, in your session and in the exercise list, not just on one screen. Grease the groove. Set your own daily practice targets under More and log sets through the day. Group coaching messages are fixed. You can read your coach’s messages and reply to them. Mark a conversation unread so you can come back to it later. A training day that failed to load now retries instead of staying empty. Community and the Vault load faster, videos start sooner, and several screens now show complete data.

Your rest timer alarm now sounds even when your phone is locked or you have switched to another app. Put the phone down between sets and it will still tell you when rest is over.

Push notifications are here. You now get an alert when your coach messages you, when a call is coming up, and when your check-in is due. You can turn any of these off individually in Settings. Also new: browse your whole program from the Train tab without going through the calendar, and see previous days plus your 7 and 30 day averages in Nutrition.
