Then it files that species in your Collection. How many animals will you find?. It works on the animals you actually run into: the squirrel on the fence, the bee on the lavender, the heron down at the water. It can tell you exactly what breed is that rare dog you see at the park and whether or not that spider in your garage is dangerous. HOW IT WORKS Snap — take a photo, or pick one you already have. Reveal — a polaroid drops in with the species name, the scientific name, and how sure the ID is. Collect — the species joins your Collection and stays there. WHAT YOU LEARN Every species gets a full entry: where it lives, what it eats, how to recognize it next time, and field notes on whether it stings, bites, or is better admired from a distance. YOUR COLLECTION Build your collection and try finding all the animals in the snaps album. STREAKS AND BADGES Snap on consecutive days and your streak grows. SAFETY NOTES Some animals are venomous, aggressive, or carry disease. WunderWild says so, in plain language, on the entry itself. AI can be wrong — for safety, never approach, touch, or feed an animal based on an identification alone. BUILT FOR FAMILIES No ads, ever. No tracking. We never sell your data. We automatically review every user photo. A kid can use it safely. GOOD TO KNOW Animals only. No plants, fungi or objects. Needs an internet connection to identify. An account is required. SUBSCRIPTION WunderWild is a subscription with a free trial. No charge until your trial ends. Cancel anytime. PRIVACY WunderWild uses AI vision to identify animals from your photos. Photos and approximate location are sent securely to OpenAI, processed for identification only, and never used to train models. Objectionable content and abusive behaviour are not tolerated in the community feed. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
