You can now disconnect a chat from your account — Settings › Connectors › Connected chats. It says what will happen before it does it, and it is the only way to move a group from one account to another. Also in this release: • WorkSoul now tells you when a new version is available, instead of leaving you to find out. • The Commands screen lists everything the assistant can do, including finding places, group voting and the daily digest — several of these were never shown anywhere before. • Reminders now has the same deadline colour key as Tasks. • Japanese and Thai wording reviewed throughout.

One tap now brings WorkSoul into a group chat. When you add it to a group on LINE, Discord or Telegram, it posts an invitation. Tap it, and the chat is connected to your account. No code to copy, nothing to type, and nobody has to add the bot as a friend first. Also in this version: • Ask goes and looks it up. When the answer is not in your own conversations, WorkSoul searches the web instead of shrugging — and says plainly where the answer came from. • "Somewhere near me" can now mean near you. Turn on approximate location in Settings and WorkSoul stops guessing a city. It is rounded to about a kilometre, never a street address, and it is off until you turn it on. • Talk to the bot in plain language. The slash commands are examples, not syntax — say "tasks 1, 3 and 4 are done, delete them" and it understands. • Erase all data now really erases it, on the server as well as on this device. Your account and your subscription stay. • Settings rebuilt: one panel at a time, so opening one thing no longer moves everything else. • Deadlines are colour-coded on the task board, with a key that says what the colours mean. • Summaries and answers read as writing rather than as raw text, with links you can tap. • Every box, field and button redrawn on the same warm paper edge.

WorkSoul now works things out with you, not just after you. Ask it to find something — a restaurant, a venue, a gift — and it brings back real options listed A, B, C. Everyone answers with a letter, the way people already do in a group chat, and it keeps count without cluttering the conversation. Ask where things stand and it tells you; say it is decided and it hands over the booking number. It only shows a number it can point at on a real page; if it cannot find one, it tells you. The whole app has been redesigned around paper rather than glass — warm cream, ink that reads as ink, and a texture under everything so it feels like a page you could write on. The icon matches. Also in this version: • Send a roster and each person gets only their own line • Text size — small, medium or large, in Settings • Larger, more readable text throughout • Settings reorganised so related things sit together • The task board leads with what is late • Reminders in the order they will happen • Fonts ship with the app, so nothing loads while you read • Try the connectors and the import guide before creating an account • A warning about look-alike bots, with the three official accounts named And a fix worth naming: in light mode, the buttons that erase your data or delete your account were the same brown as ordinary text. They are red now, as they always should have been.
