Roundshot now follows a gentler curve Heavier broadside power reduced

- Ten additional tiers added. Now the plundering can continue! - New tiers fire back. No more easy plunders. - Enemy regen has a secondary counter measure - Increased the power of roundshot - Reduced special bullet chances - Removed ad watches as a requirement for tasks - Reduced file size - Various other bug fixes

A SHARPER FIGHT • Reworked cannon combat — muzzle flash, splintering hulls, drifting smoke and impact spray • Enemy ships now visibly take damage — scorch marks, torn rigging, a listing deck as they go under • Cleaner battle composition and a redrawn horizon SMARTER IDLE • Your crew now pushes the frontier while you're away, sinking ships and advancing tiers — halting only when the enemy out-guns them • Even a weak crew still scrapes a pity haul from the swell, so time away is never wasted Plus Game Center polish, balance tweaks and the usual fixes. Fair winds, Captain.

Game Center is here for iPhone and iPad. Sign in from the menu to climb five leaderboards — ships sunk, pact level, deepest waters, broadsides fired, largest fleet — and earn 44 achievements. Look for “Leaderboards & Awards” in the menu once you’re signed in.

V1.28.5 Login streak fixes plus a full doubloon & black pearl rebalance -Fixed: the 7-Day Streak used to lie to you. If you missed a day, it kept glowing the OLD next day with the old reward right up until you tapped Claim — then paid out Day 1 instead. It now shows the reset honestly, before you tap, with a note explaining why. -New: Streak Mend. Broke your streak? Watch an ad (or spend an Ad Skip) to restore it — once per week. -The 7-Day Streak and Monthly Calendar now claim separately. Claiming one used to silently claim the other too. -New: hold to buy. Hold down a Ship's Manifest or Quartermaster Stores button to buy repeatedly instead of tapping every time. -Ad Skip Pouch now holds 12 skips instead of 5, same $0.99. -Doubloon Storm reworked. It's no longer an Hourly Boost you buy with doubloons (750ⓓ, no daily limit) — it's now a free daily reward in Watch & Earn, next to Full Bellows, and its strength has been brought down to something fair. It was strong enough to blow through the whole Quartermaster Stores shop in one five-minute window; now it's a genuinely nice daily bonus instead. -Bullion Manifest now unlocks at the Frigate instead of being available from your very first stage — same price, just a real mid-game milestone now. -Quartermaster Stores repriced, with two new upgrades to buy the price back down — Purser's Rebate (doubloons) and Bosun's Discount (black pearls, double strength). Max both and every price lands back on exactly what it used to cost. -Four black pearl upgrades got a lot cheaper — Woodrot Stack, Piercing Rounds, Trigger Tuning, and Royal Charter. Their doubloon-store equivalents were a far better deal for the identical benefit; pearls should feel like your most valuable currency, not your worst one.

Lodestone Rounds cost a lot more. Countering the magnetic-hull miss chance used to be a one-time cheap buy that solved it for the rest of the game Gun Crew Damage and Matey Damage caps doubled (120%/80%) and cost less to reach. Both used to stop mattering well before the Frigate Woodrot Damage now grows with every tier you reach, with no hard ceiling, instead of capping out early. Hexbreaker Rounds cost a lot more Tar Bombs reworked. Instead of slowly fading hull regen over many levels, a cannon hit now has a chance to smother it entirely for a short spell. A new Tar Bombs Fuse upgrade controls how long that lasts. The Fire Ship's heat-up and hull toughness both got retuned for a harder final stretch. New: Ad Skip. One free every login, instantly claims any ad-gated reward with no video. 5-packs available in the shop for players who want more. New: watch 100 ads and claim every Hourly Boost at once, free, for 5 minutes. New: an Idle Station guide, plus a real fix — coming back after time away used to show nothing at all if your crew sank zero ships. Now you'll always be told what happened, even when the answer is "nothing," with a pointer to where the Idle Station's parked. Ship's Colours and Sky & Sea themes now live in their own sections instead of one crowded list. Fixed some confusing text Ad Skips and Boost Tokens now show in the top bar the moment you have one.

7 Day Streaks Added. Reach 7 days in a row for a free (new) hourly boost token. Monthly Streaks Added - Hit 28 days in a month for a free ascension point. Hourly boosts Doubloon cost revised New crows nest. Doubloon exchange unlocked permanently. Bug fixes

Ascension Points have arrived — a whole new way to grow between voyages, on top of your Pirate Points. NEW: ASCENSION POINTS Every Pirate's Pact now also earns Ascension Points — the rate climbs the more pacts you've taken. Spend them on 9 repeatable perks (extra gold from sinkings, a stronger pact-damage bonus, cheaper Manifest upgrades, a bigger Treasure Box, heavier Broadside hits and more), each gaining a new purchasable level every 10 pacts, with no ceiling. Every 10th pact also unlocks a Tier Skip: a permanent shortcut that starts every future voyage past a tier you've already mastered, crediting the gold and idle income it would have paid. Perk purchases can be refunded and reallocated any time you're eligible to pact again; Tier Skips are yours for good. Find the new Ascension panel in the Black Market, right beside the Pirate's Pact. If you'd already taken pacts before this update, you've been credited the Ascension Points you'd have earned all along — nothing lost by updating late. NEW: GUIDES THAT ACTUALLY EXPLAIN THINGS The first time you unlock the Broadside, a matey slot, Woodrot, or run into a shielded hull, a short pop-up walks you through it. A banner up top now also flags anything newly available — a matey slot, a Broadside upgrade, Woodrot, Shield Piercer, or a pact ready to take — tap it to jump straight there. BALANCING - Woodrot now unlocks a tier earlier, on the Navy Corvette instead of the Frigate — it no longer lands on the same tier as enemy shields. - Pirate Points earned per voyage has been halved. Spend-side prices haven't moved, so everything simply takes a little longer to afford — a deliberate slow-down after it ran too generous. - Taking your next pact requires reaching a bit further each time you've already taken 10 more. This is what lets your permanent pact-damage bonus — and a few Ascension perks — keep growing with no ceiling, safely. ALSO IN THIS UPDATE - The show-all / show-purchasable toggle is icon-only now, no label.

Charted Waters finally lives up to its name. Every tier you've ever sunk 30/30 — in any run, any prestige — now stays charted for good. Each rank of the level-skip pre-clears that many stages of EVERY tier you've already mastered, not just the very first one of a fresh voyage. The further you've sailed, the faster every future pact gets you back to where the real fighting starts. NEW: TIER MASTER ACHIEVEMENT A permanent reward for lifetime tier mastery — +2% damage for every ship tier you've ever fully cleared, cumulative, up to +20% once you've conquered all ten. It survives every future prestige, same as your other achievements. Balancing Bugs squashed ALSO IN THIS UPDATE The Captain's Log has a new line showing your real damage multiplier
