momblock is a screen-time blocker that doesn't rely on willpower. Open a blocked app and the person you chose takes over the screen — your mom, your grandpa, your partner, with their photo and their words. A face that brings you back to reality.
HOW IT WORKS
- Pick the apps and sites you want to quit (3 of each, free)
- When you open one, their photo and message step in
- You can still choose "not yet" — but it goes on the record

Set a daily budget like "30 minutes a day." Reaching the limit and stopping still counts as a kept day. Watch the green days stack up on your calendar.

STRICT MODE FOR THE SERIOUS (PLUS)
Once on, protection can't be weakened. Turning it off takes a 5-second hold and a 24-hour wait. Impulses don't get a vote.
