ARC: Earn Your Screen Time

Your wolf for your goals

ARC locks the apps that eat your time and lets you earn them back: one real task a day, proven with a photo, and a wolf that grows with you. Earn your screen time. Instead of taking your phone away, you earn it. ARC flips the deal: every finished task earns cookies. Cookies buy minutes. And your wolf grows with you. YOUR 180-DAY PATH No endless checklist. After a short conversation, ARC builds you a real roadmap: 6 phases, 18 levels, 180 days. Every day one core task that fits you, plus five small side quests your coach derives from yesterday's review. Miss a day? It isn't thrown away – it comes back easier. PROVE IT, DON'T TICK IT A checkbox is free. In ARC you photograph what you did, and an AI checks whether the photo really shows the task. During exercise, the camera counts your reps. You can't lie to yourself – that's the point. A REAL APP LOCK ARC uses Apple's Screen Time system. You pick the apps that eat you up, and ARC really locks them – until you buy minutes back. No reminder you swipe away. A lock. INSTAGRAM WITHOUT REELS Open Instagram inside ARC: your feed, stories and chats – but no Reels tab, no Explore grid, no suggestions. YOUR WOLF He starts as a pup and grows through 18 levels to alpha. He's sad when you leave your day undone and celebrates when you deliver. Sounds silly. Works anyway. ALSO INSIDE - Sleep mode: the whole phone stays locked until morning - Streak with shields you have to earn - Challenges: 7-Day Sprint, Monk Mode, 30 Days of Movement - Journal, breathing timer and rep counter - Home Screen widgets: today's task and your streak - Evening review that changes tomorrow's plan - Stats that show how much time you've won back WHO IT'S FOR For everyone who notices in the evening that three hours are gone again. Who installed five blocker apps and deleted them all after two days. Who don't want a lecture, but a reason. ARC is available in English and German. FIRST WEEK FREE You subscribe but pay only after seven days. Cancel before that in your subscription settings and it costs nothing. SUBSCRIPTION After the free week the subscription continues: - Weekly: $4.99 - Yearly: $59.99 Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store before you subscribe. Every night, another plushie joins the wolf. - Invitation codes: redeem a code to unlock ARC Pro. - ARC now speaks English. On phones set to German, the app stays German. - App locking fixed: removing an app from your locked list now really unlocks it, and bought screen time now reliably opens your apps – and reliably locks them again when the time is up. - A calmer, clearer home: one core quest a day, five side tasks, and a hint that shows you what to do next.
