SMART PAIRINGS FOR SOCIAL PLAY Create singles, changing doubles, or fixed-team events. Choose how each round should feel: • Smart Mixer prioritizes fresh partners, new opponents, and fair rests. • Balanced Chaos keeps pairings unpredictable while avoiding clearly uneven combinations. • Competitive matches players or teams with similar performance. • Pure Random provides a straightforward draw. FLEXIBLE TOURNAMENT FORMATS Run social events, round robins, knockout brackets, Swiss tournaments, and more, including Monrad, Accelerated Swiss, and McMahon systems. Starting-strength ordering supports seeding, balancing, and strength-based formats. You can also add a knockout playoff after social rounds for a decisive finish. LONG-TERM KEIZER COMPETITIONS Run an ongoing club competition across many sessions, even when attendance changes from week to week. ClubMode manages the roster, late entries, absences, pairings, standings, and historical corrections while keeping completed sessions intact. Choose Standard or Casual rules and optionally add factions, Team Missions, Rule Roulette, and leader achievements. SCORING FOR THE WAY YOUR CLUB PLAYS Built-in presets support table tennis, badminton, padel, pickleball, tennis, beach volleyball, foosball, chess, and custom sports. Create reusable custom sport profiles with your own sport and playing-area names—for example, Darts and Dartboards—and save their standard scoring rules for future events. Enter winners quickly, record completed sets, or use point-by-point scoring during play. Results remain editable, and ClubMode recalculates the standings automatically after corrections. PLAYFUL GAME MODES Add optional game modes like Bounty Leader, Faction Battle, Team Missions, Mascherl handicaps, Comeback rules, and Rule Roulette. Keep more players involved, create new tactical goals, and make every club session feel different. RUN THE EVENT FROM ONE DEVICE See current matches, assigned courts or tables, rests, queued waves, live progress, recent results, and standings. ClubMode saves tournament state automatically and keeps completed events in a local tournament library. Export and import .clubmode files to back up tournaments, move them between devices, or share them with others. SHARE A LOCAL SCOREBOARD Host a read-only scoreboard for nearby phones, tablets, or displays and let them join by QR code. Tournament data stays on the local network rather than being sent through a ClubMode server. CREATE PROFESSIONAL PDF REPORTS Create polished tournament reports with standings, brackets, club branding, and curated designs, ready to share, print, or archive. PDF Creator Studio lets you preview reports before export and customize their appearance.
