GarmCam brings your iPhone and compatible Garmin watch together. Position your iPhone, check the composition from your wrist, adjust the shot, and remotely take a photo or start recording.

Requirements:
• iPhone with iOS 17 or later
• GarmCam watch app installed on a compatible Garmin watch
• Garmin Connect / Connect IQ for initial setup and installation
• The phone detects watch capability automatically: full mode uses a low-frame grayscale preview, while lightweight mode sends shutter commands only
Full preview mode covers fēnix 7/8/E, epix Gen 2/Pro, Venu 2/3/4/Sq 2/X1, vivoactive 5/6, and selected Forerunner, Instinct AMOLED, Enduro, Descent, and Approach watches. fēnix 6, Instinct 2/3 Solar/E, Forerunner 55/245/745/945, vivoactive 4, and similar models use a more reliable single-button shutter-only mode. Adds compatibility with more Garmin watch models. Newer color models get the full grayscale preview and camera controls, while fēnix 6, Instinct 2/3 Solar, and similar devices automatically use a faster shutter-only mode. The iPhone now stops unnecessary preview and photo transfers for lightweight watches.
