Firewood takes months to become firewood. You split it, you stack it, and then you wait: six months for pine, a year for ash, two or three years for oak. Come winter you are guessing which pile is ready, and burning wet wood means a smoky fire, wasted heat and a dirty chimney.
SeasonWood keeps track of the waiting. Log each stack the day you build it, and the app tells you when that wood should be ready to burn, and which pile to reach for first.
BUILT AROUND YOUR CLIMATE, NOT A GENERIC CHART
A cord of oak dries very differently in Arizona than it does in Maine. SeasonWood pulls several years of weather history for your location, works out how much drying actually happens in each month of the year, and stretches or shortens the estimate to match. Wood stacked in November in a cold, damp climate barely moves until spring, and the app knows that.

Each of these shifts the estimate, and the app shows you exactly how. Open any stack and you see the whole calculation: base time for the species, then the adjustment for your climate, your stacking and your split size. No black box.
IF YOU OWN A MOISTURE METER
Take a reading whenever you like and log it. After a couple of readings SeasonWood learns how fast that particular stack is really drying and corrects its own forecast. If a reading already shows the wood is dry, the measurement wins, because a number beats a prediction. And if you do not own a meter, everything still works.
